Lesi Jesam Sampson

Lesi Jesam Sampson is passionate about helping individuals and families live intentionally, lead themselves effectively, and make a meaningful impact.
She is the founder of Lit Lambs, a parenting and family education platform dedicated to equipping parents with practical tools, biblical wisdom, and intentional systems to build healthy homes and raise confident, responsible, and purpose-driven children.
Not your typical parenting educator, Lesi combines her expertise in project management, tech, self-leadership, and family systems to help parents move beyond reactive parenting to intentional family leadership.
Through her teachings, coaching programmes, workshops, and resources, she helps families define their values, strengthen their family identity, establish healthy systems and structures, and cultivate a strong family culture.
Her work also extends to women’s development. Through her Self Leadership Studio for Women, Lesi helps women discover their identity, develop their potential, gain clarity about their purpose, and intentionally become who God has called them to be. She creates practical learning experiences that equip women to lead themselves, strengthen their families, and make meaningful impact in their areas of influence.
Lesi is known for translating complex ideas into practical frameworks that people can apply to their everyday lives. Her approach is warm, insightful, structured, faith-centred, and deeply practical.
She is a wife and mother of three children. As both a teacher and practitioner, Lesi brings professional expertise, practical wisdom, and real-life experience to the individuals and families she serves.
